Hello Party Quest does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

• No Account Required: You do not need to register an account, log in, or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the App.
• No Telemetry or Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting tools.
• No Cloud Storage of Gameplay: All game configurations, scores, and timer settings remain strictly local to your device and are cleared when the session ends.

2. Device Permissions & Bluetooth Usage

The App requests access to certain hardware features solely to enable core game functionality:

• Bluetooth (CoreBluetooth): The App requests Bluetooth permissions exclusively to discover, pair with, and receive button press signals from physical QuestHub button box receivers and BLE peripherals. No Bluetooth data is transmitted over the Internet or stored on remote servers.
• External Display / AirPlay: The App detects connected secondary displays (HDMI / AirPlay) to project real-time scoreboards for spectators. No screen data is recorded or sent externally.

3. Third-Party Services

The App operates entirely standalone on your device and does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or external data brokers.

4. Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding children's data.
